We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting that is surrounded by another 76 acres that are full of hiking trails, a hidden pond, and wildlife. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. We have a dog park for those fur babies that is shaded by trees. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility as well. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. There are separate showers and restrooms onsite, a nature trail and a campground office complete with a gift shop and firewood for purchase. The 15-acre Cherokee Lake is where fishermen will find a variety of fish including crappie, catfish, striped bass, sauger, walleye, smallmouth bass, bluegill and largemouth bass. Whether they are casting, spinning or flying fish, chances of getting a bite are good! Onsite, travelers may look forward to historic sightseeing. Vance's Camp is an adult-only (18+) RV Resort, located along the bank of the West Fork Trinity River. We offer short term and long term reservations.Guests can take advantage of on-site laundry, private restrooms with showers, easy access to the river for kayakers and fishing, and a safe dog park for your pet! Vance's Camp is the perfect blend of country living without giving up the amenities of the big city. Downtown Fort Worth is less than a 30 minute drive away, with plenty of historic locations along the way—including iconic locations in Fort Worth's historic Stockyards. We're also less than a 15 minute drive from town with easy access to multiple local favorites, national chain restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping strips, which will leave you with plenty of options!

Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area.
