We offer a peaceful retreat for adults 50 years old and older looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. With spacious and gated RV campsites, and modern amenities, within minutes of the Fort Worth metroplex, our RV park is the perfect destination. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all of our guests are happy. RV Spaces are $400 a month plus electric and include water, trash, and sewer connections. Background Checks

Background checks may be ran. Absolutely no illegal activity or you will be asked to leave immediately without refund

NOT ALLOWED

Clothes lines, fireworks, cheater boxes, pigtails, electric space heaters, window A/C units, subletting your space, outbuildings, mail or deliveries, washing your RV onsite

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 9:00 pm – 7:00 am

Camper

Camper must be approved by management, must be clean and neat at all times. No trash may be kept outside of camper. Site must be clean and orderly. Photos of camper must be submitted to manager prior to booking, please contact them at 817-584-7170

Sewer Connection

A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required and supplied by the guest. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a proper connector or a rubber donut.

Pets

Pets are allowed, no aggressive breed, aggression toward anyone by any animal will not be allowed. Please clean up after your pets. Not doing so could get you removed from the park! No chaining or tethering pets outside while you are away or overnight.

Insurance

Campers are responsible for their own insurance.

Refunds

Service is month to month and no refund for leaving the park before the end of the month.

Services Included

Water, and trash services are included. Electric will be paid to the RV Park by the tenant. Each space is metered and will be billed and due with rent.
