We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting that is surrounded by another 76 acres that are full of hiking trails, a hidden pond, and wildlife. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that is stocked with a variety of fish. We have a dog park for those fur babies that is shaded by trees. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility as well. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. All sites have 20/30 and 50 amp service. Park models and tiny homes are welcomed. Stop by or call for more information.

For extended stay guests the electric is additional to the monthly rent and a $125 non-refundable electric deposit is required at time of check in all extended stay guests must complete a background check,no window units allowed on campers, site must be kept free of clutter, no clotheslines, lake is catch and release only
