The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. Popular at the campground is wildlife viewing; catch an occasional and curious elk, deer, moose and bighorn sheep. The Hell's Canyon Guard Station Cabin is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, and is a quaint log cabin perfect for a quiet mountain getaway, or a base camp for several popular outdoor activities. Visitors enjoy things like hunting and hiking. Go venture out in the gorgeous natural terrain to catch sight of a deer, moose, elk, or a small ground creature or bird. Take your off-road vehicle on the paths, or make your own trail out in the pristine Montana wilderness, and be sure to enjoy horseback riding if you're an equestrian. The Black Butte Cabin is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, right at the edge of a grassy meadow. At an elevation of over 8,900 feet, campers can enjoy plenty of fresh air and clear, expansive skies for stargazing at night. Get ready for some truly breath taking views of the volcanic cone and distance mountain ranges, but don't just enjoy it from a distance. Go out there and hike or bike the challenging trails to truly immerse yourself in the wilderness terrain. The Clover Meadows Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Beaverhead Deer Lodge National Forest and is perfect for a peaceful escape into the mountain ranges of southwest Montana. The campsites are dispersed so expect privacy and plenty of space, and enough hiking, biking and ATV trails to keep you having fun during your entire vacation. Enjoy picnicking on the flat spots of each campsite, and open spaces in the trees overhead for stargazing at nights. 

The Mussigbrod Campground is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. Campers love these grounds because of the number of excellent activities they can enjoy, including horseback riding and scenic viewing. Wildlife viewing is also popular, so keep your eyes open for mule deer, elk and moose, as well as small creatures and birds. If you like water activities, you'll love this campground; at the nearby lake, campers can look forward to whitefish and trout fishing, non-motorized boating and swimming. And of course, in this gorgeous wilderness of fir and thriving pine trees, visitors can expect beautiful sights while hiking and mountain biking the paths. 

The Gird Point Lookout Cabin is located in the Bitterroot national Forest, and is popular because it's so secluded from most other parks. Campers can look forward to a unique chance to camp on the top of a mountain peak in an old-time rustic setting. Equipped with everything a visitor will need for their stay, the cabin also has gear for outdoor activities. You can also bring your own things to enjoy mountain biking, winter sports like snow shoeing and skiing as well as hiking. Wood Cabin is located on the scenic shore of Lake Como, and offers campers a rustic, winter escape into the woods of Montana. Visitors can look forward to spectacular mountain views, and quiet all around, as well as number of activities at the lake. Rainbow and cuttroat trout fishing, boating, swimming and other water sports are popular on the lake. About three miles from the cabin is a gorgeous waterfall, and there's other beautiful natural features to explore. Be sure to bring your hiking boots and mountain bike with you, as well as your gear for ice fishing, snow shoeing and skiing. The Alta Campground is located in the scenic wilderness of the Bitterroot National Forest, near the West Form of the Bitterroot River. The yellow-barked ponderosa pine tower over most campsites, and campers can also look forward to an excellent angler and trout fishing opportunity at the riverside. There's also plenty of space by the water for water sports like swimming, kayaking and some boating. While you're at the campsite, keep your eyes open for wildlife like elk, deer and moose, and don't be shy about exploring on foot or bike. There's plenty to see and experience. There's also nearby attractions for campers to enjoy, such as Hughes Creek and natural hot springs just 18 miles from the campground.
