1. Log in to your owner portal and navigate to the RoverPass Services tab on the main menu bar.
2. Click on the Mass Notifications option to access your Mass SMS Hub.

2. Enter your message content and choose your recipients. Send to all campers or specific groups.
3. Review your message and hit send.

To send Mass SMS notifications, log in to your RoverPass account, navigate to the Mass Notifications section under RoverPass Services, and use the SMS Hub to draft and submit your message.
In the SMS form, you can choose specific guests or groups as recipients. Make sure to double-check the selection to ensure your message reaches the right audience.
Each SMS message can have a maximum of 150 characters. If your message exceeds this limit, you’ll need to submit multiple forms.
After submitting your SMS, head back to the RoverPass SMS Hub to view detailed reports. These reports include the number of messages sent, delivered, and any unsuccessful deliveries.
SMS delivery issues may occur due to invalid phone numbers, network outages, or recipient opt-outs. Review the error messages in the SMS Hub to troubleshoot and improve future campaigns.
