We have 74 sites that sit on 24 acres in a beautiful country setting. We are conveniently located near Interstate 30 and within 15 minutes of shopping and dining. There is a 1 acre catch and release lake that will be stocked with a variety of fish this spring. Also coming this spring we will have a dog park, playground, Event Barn and pavilion. We have a restroom/shower and laundry facility available at the office. There are many acres of walking trails in phase 2 of the RV park. Phase 2 will be coming later this year with tiny cabins and treehouses available to rent. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates. All sites have 20/30 and 50 amp service with the capability to change to 100 amp service. Park models and tiny homes are welcomed. Stop by or call for more information.

The Central Texas RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Franklin Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Just beyond the campground, campers can look forward to excellent attractions such as the Franklin Drive Thru Safari, Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History and the Nocturnal Wonderland festival. There's also Grand Station Entertainment, Waco Mammoth National Monument and Brazos Valley Worldfest. Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself. This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living. We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity. You have your own site right on Lake Lewisville in Little Elm Tx.  Enjoy the painted sunsets.  Site offers complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Fishing and boating are encouraged. Site has your own sitting area with table and chairs for six. Fire pit and gas grill included. We have water and electric . How to get there? Our address is 2440 Doe Branch Road Little Elm Tx 75068. Take hwy 380 to Paloma creek blvd. Go North on Paloma creek blvd to Doe Branch Road. Note... Paloma creek blvd's name changes to Gammom Rd where it intersects with Doe branch Rd. Turn Right on Doe Branch Road. Address is 2440 Doe Branch Road. Drive to the end of Doe Branch road. 2440 is located right side of the culdedsac. There is outdoor lighting on the fence perimeter. Pull into the wrought iron gate. Go to the far Right side of the property. Camp site is on the Far Right side of the two story building with the red door.   

Laguna Vista is located in the beautiful Texas town of Marshall, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Onsite, campers can look forward to an absolutely breathtaking natural terrain on land and water, as well as golfing, fishing, boating, birding, wind surfing and kite surfing. Nearby, travelers can enjoy great attractions like the Texas & Pacific Railway Museum, Harrison County Historical Museum, Michelson Museum of Art, Marshall Pottery, Karma Farms and a number of excellent local eateries and pubs.
