There are 68 spaces, 20 are pull-thru, 48 back in all with full hookups (20/30/50 amp) and with all the amenities you could need.  We have the 10 year RV rule here.. There are a lot of fun activities to do for everyone to not only get people together, but also to get to enjoy the environment. There is a 2400 sq. ft clubhouse with a full kitchen, workout room, real 45rpm jukebox, darts, skeeball, foosball, airhockey, pooltable, video games, and a bowling lane! There are also two dog parks to help your pets stretch their legs.We do not allow dog kennels / dog runs . For your wellbeing, there is onsite massage therapist and young living oils. The location is great as there are a lot of wonderful things to do inside the park as well as a city close by with great attractions, restaurants and shopping. Our park provides friendly country livin’ with big city access. We are conveniently located away from traffic noise off State Highway 77 in Milam County—near the junction with State Highway 79 and just a few miles north of the small town of Rockdale, TX. We are “in the heart of the Texas Triangle” between San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas with easy access to Interstate 10, Interstate 35, and Interstate 45. This means a central location less than one hour’s drive from our closer metro neighbors Waco, Austin, and College Station, TX. Our park spans five and half acres, including a placid duck pond with three ducks and bass that visitors can catch and release! Deer often cross the Park in the morning and at night.
