Located near the serene Caballo Lake and mountain ranges is the Caballo Lake RV Park. At an elevation of over 7,000 feet, the Lobo Canyon Campground is perfectly situated for excellent picnic-friendly weather. Enjoy time spent with family and friends, surrounded by lush ponderosa, juniper and pinion and plenty of shade. Enjoy hiking the interpretive trails and biking among the hills, but be careful not to intrude on sacred Indian territory that will be marked off.

The Kirtland AFB campsite is located in Kirtland, New Mexico and is used for military camping only. The camp offers great conveniences to its visitors; campers can enjoy a gym on site, nearby bowling alley, excellent local dining, the National Museum of Nuclear Science, Old Town Sandia Crest, the Balloon Fiest and Santa Fe is nearby. Enjoy shopping at the nearby cities, and the beautiful, desert plains around the town.
