The Juniper Campground is located at the Bandelier National Monument and is a popular camping spot for families and small groups of about 10 people or fewer. The Mansano Mountains State Park is located in Mountainair, New Mexico and at an elevation of over 7,000 feet, it is known for its wonderfully cool temperatures and outdoor activities. Campers head there for the excellent set and interpretive trails for hiking and biking. The park associations also holds educational programs which is great for campers hoping to learn more about the wildlife and where to catch glimpses of the various birds that call the park home. The area is also perfect for sight seeing; look up at dawn or dusk to see the iconic New Mexico sky and pause in awe over those spectacular reds and oranges.   

The Cochiti Lake Recreation Area is located in Pena Blanca, New Mexico near the Rio Grande and upstream from Albuquerque. Enjoy spectacular outdoor events such as day sailing, fishing, kayaking and wind surfing. This is a designated "quiet lake," so boat operators cannot get up to wake speeds, which make it a perfect environment for quiet water activities and a still lake surface. You can also go hiking and biking around the lake and enjoy some of the most pristine forestry to photograph. The New Canyon Campground is located in Mountainair New Mexico in the Cibola National Forest. Look forward to acres and acres of juniper, ponderosa pine and gambel oaks as well as the fresh, crisp air that comes with such a thick and lush forest.
