Adjacent to the Malpais Lava Flow is the Valley of Fires recreation Area. Travelers love this park because from a distance, the hardened lava flows appear barren, but a hike around the formation will reveal a variety of flowers, cacti, bushes and trees common in the Chihuahuan desert. With 30 sites, and close to the vistas of Sierra Blanca, Oak Grove Campground is one not to miss with its lush forestry and surrounding miles of sky-scraping mountain ranges. Visitors enjoy bicycling and hiking the winding, dirt trails, horseback riding, hunting and picnicking under the shaded areas of the campground.

The Skyline Campground is located south of the famous Monjeau Lookout Tower along Forest Road. Visitors enjoy exquisite scenery, and breathtaking mountain views. With access to the White Mountain Wilderness via the Crest Trailhead. Campers can enjoy a range of activities such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking, hunting, and of course snowboarding and skiing during the winter months.

The Elk Run Cabins and RV Park is located in the beautiful mountains of Alto, New Mexico, and are just a few minutes from Ruidoso, Ski Apache, Spencer Theater and Bonito Lake. Known as an excellent place to escape from the world and enjoy some quietude, this park is quaint and surrounded by lush, endless forestry. There are cabins and RV accommodations, and tons to do in nearby Ruidoso; catch a show at the Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts or a concert at the Inn of the Mountain Gods. Check out the world-class Flying J Wranglers. Attend the Mountain of Blues Festival, the Ruidoso Art Festival, the Festival of Lights, or the Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rally. If you are looking for peace and quiet we are where you want to be!  Mountain Meadows RV Park sits at the base of the mountains and has great high desert views of the surrounding mountains and great views of the New Mexico sunrises and sunsets!  All other parks in the area are off the highway and near the train tracks and we are off the highway approximately two and a half miles and will only hear the highway traffic and trains in the faint distance.  Mountain Meadows RV Park is located between Alamogordo/Tularosa, New Mexico and is the perfect base camp for a number of great local attractions. Close to Alamogordo, the campsite offer campers the chance to explore the White Sands National Monument, Space Museum, Cloudcroft, Sunspot, Valley of Fires, Ruidoso, and the Three Rivers Petroglyph Site. Visitors can also look forward to excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities at the campground and even 2 Pistachio Farms nearby if you like to pick nuts or have a fancy for wine! Nestled in San Patricio, New Mexico, Moonflower Meadow RV Resort offers 8.5 gorgeous acres where The Rio Ruidoso runs the whole south side of the property, offering the sight of beautiful mountain views with trees and flowers growing all around. Located in At Silver Leaf, Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico, at Silver Leaf RV Park, we promote a sense of community. Come join us and become part of the family! We feature back in, pull thru 30/50 amp sewer and water hookup sites! Visitors have access to laundry, restroom and shower facilities, WiFi, and trash services!  We have added a garden and are excited to announce that this year, we will have fresh vegetables and herbs for our campers when available.  We have also added a small pantry for items that you may have forgotten on your trip. In addition, you will find picnic table and firepits in our park and we do have firewood available!  Given our convenient location, guests are able to enjoy outdoor activities that include kayaking, hunting, tubing, scenic drives and more. Whether it's to escape the loudness of the city or a simply drive by stay, we hope to see you soon! Silver Leaf RV Park is open year round for camping.  During Horse Racing season, April 15th to September 15, we are extremely busy and will be giving priority to seasonal stays (all five months) first.  Please give us a call if you would like to book for the entire Horse Racing Season. Located along the Rio Ruidoso, Seeping Springs is a beautiful and quiet park and is a short distance from plenty of attractions. The Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino and Billy the Kid Horse Racetrack and Casino are a short drive away, while the historic town of Lincoln (made famous by Billy the Kid), Capitan (home of Smokey the Bear), White Sands National Monument, and beautiful Cloudcoft are all short day trips from here. Locally, you can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, skiing for the outdoor enthusiasts and shopping and museums for those rainy days.

The Deer Crossing RV Park is located in San Patricio New Mexico and only 14 miles of Ruidoso. The small town of San Patricio offers a quiet atmosphere to relax and soak in the stargazing and sights of New Mexico, but with Ruidoso so nearby, campers can also enjoy entertainment that's only a town away. Take in the historic sights and the stellar night life offered through the casino and horse racetrack, and the history that radiates from the Hubbard Museum of the American West, Fort Stanton and Lincoln State Monument. There's also tons of great local eateries run by creative culinary artisans. 

Edgington RV Park is located 1/2 mile north of Alamogordo. Area attractions include White Sands National Monument, Organ Mountains National Monument, Lincoln National Forest, The New Mexico Museum of Space History, White Sands Missile Range Museum, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, Historic Lincoln, the Billy The Kid Scenic Byway, historic Fort Stanton, The Spencer Center for the Performing Arts, local pistachio ranches and wineries, and annual events such as the White Sands Balloon Festival and Trinity Site tours.

The RV resort of Ruidoso is a premier RV park, popular for its proximity to a number of excellent local attractions. For golfer, the local golf course is great, and there's also a horse racetrack and casino and tons of eateries and watering holes. Visit the museums like the Hispanic Cultural Museum and Billy the Kid exhibit to get a true taste of the history and culture of the area. Also be sure to look up at night time for some world-class star-gazing under the clear New Mexico skies. 

Located on a dirt road in the Lincoln National Forest, the Baca Campground is an excellent place to be at peace with nature and do some stellar star-gazing. The site is also popular for hunting, and picnicking at the Smokey Bear Ranger District Picnic Area. Enjoy biking and hiking the trails and watching for some of the area's beautiful birds and small wildlife. Also make sure to visit the town of Cloudcroft nearby to experience the local culture, enjoy fine dining and pick up supplies.

Enjoy the widely dispersed camp sites of the Silver Overflow Campground in the Lincoln National Forest. Popular for its showers and musician presentations at the silver Amphitheater, the campground is idyllic and bustling with activity and fun, especially during the summer months. Learn about the outdoors through the amphitheater's visitor programs, and go roaming around the various trails and paths. With gorgeous scenes and curious wildlife, you and your group will stay engaged and entertained throughout your trip. The Twin Spruce RV Park is located in the beautiful city of Ruidoso, New Mexico and is nearby a number of great attractions. The Ramada Ruidoso Downs is nearby as well as the Cattle Baron Ruidoso, Mescalero Lake, Bonito Lake for fishing and sailing, Wild West Dinner Theater and even a western stage show. Pine Ridge RV Park is nestled in the tall, cool pines of the Sacramento Mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico. Sleepy Grass Campground is one of the busiest in the Lincoln National Forest, and is situated near the tiny village of Cloudcroft. Visitors enjoy the La Pasada Encantada Trail, an interpretative hiking trail that takes you around the beautiful hills and small valleys of the area. Wildlife viewing and picnicking are also popular past times at this campsite.

Immediately adjacent to the village of Cloudcroft is the Deerhead Campground. The area is beautiful, characterized by acres of rolling hills and untouched mountain ranges. Enjoy sight seeing, gorgeous New Mexico sunrises and sunsets, and natural trails that are great for hiking and biking excursions. Visitors can also look forward to the quaint village of Cloudcroft where they can enjoy excellent dining options and shops.

The Apache Campground is located in the Lincoln National Forest and offers campers 25 sites. At an almost 9,000 foot elevation, visitors can enjoy excellent, moderate weather and thick, thriving forestry. Bare bones camping is the most popular activity at this site, but campers also enjoy the spectacular mountain ranges at dawn and dusk where they can view amazing sky shows. Hiking and biking are also common at this site, as is picnicking.

The Arrowhead Motel and RV Park is located in Ruidoso, New Mexico and is a popular site because of the number of excellent amenities that are available nearby. Look forward to hiking the Sacramento Mountains, hiking, skiing, visiting the horse track, Hubbard Museum of the American West, White Sands National Monument and casinos bustling with nightlife and entertainment. There's also plenty of shopping and dining to be done within Ruidoso, so be sure to stop by and experience the culture, beauty and hospitality New Mexico is known for. 

  There's plenty to do at the Circle B RV Park in the Ruidoso Downs so the Circle B RV Park is in the perfect spot for the New Mexico adventurer! Look forward to excellent attractions such as the horse track and casino and Main Street where all the action happens. With plenty of shops and local eateries, this street is normally packed so go during the evening time to avoid the crowds. You can also visit the White Sands National Monument, Smoke The Bear Park and the Carlsbad Caverns. And of course, if you're in New Mexico, experience the beauty of a southwestern sunrise or sunset. Look to the skies at dawn, dusk or at night for stargazing and you'll certainly fall in love with the state.
