Rolling Oaks Campground is located 7 miles south of Sandwich, Illinois right along the Fox River. The park has been family owned and operated since 1969! The season is open mid-April through mid-October weather dependent. Rolling Oaks is a fantastic place to visit for the whole family. There is fun for children and adults and the property includes activities such as: playground, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and plenty of special events. During the summer there is music and dancing on Saturday evenings, farmers markets and cart rides. There are also special dinner events like spaghetti supper, corn boil, and pig roast. The campground has outdoor swimming in the maintained lake. There is a propane exchange station, a dump station available, firewood for sale, and a snack bar with burgers, pizza, and other foods. Nearby Sandwich has shopping, dining, and laundromats available. We feature pull thru, back in, partial and full 30/50 amp sites for our RVers. There are several nearby attractions including: • Starved Rock State Park • Fox Hollow Tubing • Golf Course • Horseback Riding Stables • Sandwich Fair • Antique Shopping Whether its for a short and or long term visit, we hope to see you soon!
