Each of our sites have 30amp and 50amp electric along with water and sewer we also have superior wifi and concrete patios at every site. We are gated for security, we have a pool and ice machine and a laundry mat. We are situated on 35 acres , its peaceful and you can see deer all around us.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Amenities at the park include: a lighted pavilion with electricity and picnic tables, a play area for the kids, a game room with pool table, WI-FI, boat ramp, boat dock, fishing pier with cleaning stations, a newly remodeled laundry area, and bathrooms with showers. The Sunset Cove Marina is located in the beautiful town of Corsicana, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic outdoor adventure. Campers can look forward to a number of activities along the Richland Chambers Lake; travelers can enjoy excellent fishing and boating, as well as sunset and scenic viewing along the lake. There's  pecan trees to provide shade for shore-side picnicking and swimming, and there's also plenty of space on the water for kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing. Now open is our café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just beyond the campground is a number of other attractions including: Pioneer Village, the Pearce Museum, Angelita Vineyard and Winery, Navarro Mills Lake, Canterbury Court Antiques, Corsicana Field Aviation Heritage Foundation Museum and fishing charters and tours. Creeks Edge Cottages is a tiny home community designed specifically for your perfect short-term stay!  We are located just a mile outside of Stephenville off of county road 258 right along-side Alarm Creek.  The community is surrounded by trees on 3 sides which gives it a private secluded ambiance once you are onsite.  There are 10 fully furnished cottages on the property with the capacity to sleep from 2 to 6 people.  We do rentals from one to 28 days and would love to have you stay with us while you are visiting Erath county!

Welcome to Cozy Acre!  Just a little piece of heaven tucked away among the trees.  You'll love the peace and quiet you will experience far away from the sounds of the big city. But don't worry if you need groceries or medical care the nearest city is just 15 minutes east (Springtown) or 30 minutes Southwest (Weatherford). We are pleased to provide water and metered electric and space enough for one car.  We do have additional parking elsewhere on-site if needed. Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area.
