The Halfmoon Campground is located at the Custer Gallatin National Forest and is the perfect spot for a quiet, Montana getaway. The rustic cabin is conveniently located along Dry Wolf Creek as well as several other creeks and rivers; so if you love water activities, you'll certainly want to stay at this cabin. Hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding are popular at the dry Wolf Cabin, as is snow shoeing, sledding and skiing during the winter months. The Canyon Campground is located in the Custer Gallatin National forest, and is a favorite among outdoor enthusiasts. Here's why: the area is thick with lush, thriving fir and pine trees, and the acres and acres of forestry guarantee fresh air for hiking, biking and picnicking. The Yellowstone River is also nearby, so campers can look forward to the sound of the water at night, and the river banks are perfect for exploring, light fishing and lounging. A favorite among campers is stargazing, and for good reason. The clear skies make for perfect views of the nightly light show!

The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. Campers can look forward to a number of great outdoor activities, all within acres and acres of fresh, gorgeous pines, and at an elevation of over 3,000 feet. Popular at the campground is wildlife viewing; catch an occasional and curious elk, deer, moose and bighorn sheep. Visitors can expect excellent rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout fishing at the lake and plenty of room for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking. The historic town of Anaconda is also only a short drive away, so be sure to set aside some time for a quick visit there! Within another few miles are
