The Halfmoon Campground is located at the Custer Gallatin National Forest and is the perfect spot for a quiet, Montana getaway. The Spring Hill Campground and Picnic Area is located in the Lodgepole Pine Forests of southwestern Montana, and runs adjacent to the Warms Springs Creek. Campers can look forward to a number of great outdoor activities, all within acres and acres of fresh, gorgeous pines, and at an elevation of over 3,000 feet. Popular at the campground is wildlife viewing; catch an occasional and curious elk, deer, moose and bighorn sheep. Visitors can expect excellent rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout fishing at the lake and plenty of room for horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking.
