New owners took over 6 years ago and have made many updates to the property and continue to do so. Currently with 15 full hook-up, 9 electric only and lots of dry camping, with future plans of additional sites. We are the halfway point between Homer and Seward at mile 81 on the Sterling Hwy. 1/2 Mile from Bing's Landing with some of the best Red and Trout fishing on the Kenai. Fully stocked liquor and tackle stores on site.

Scenic View RV Park is a park located near Ninilchik, Alaska. It features 18 full or partial hookup (30-amp) campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. King Salmon Motel & RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Soldotna, Alaska and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. The Beachcomber is an ocean front RV Park. Ninilchik River runs through the back of the property. The views are stunning and you can fish 20 feet from your RV. Eagles are plentiful along with the quietude and serenity of our location. Our motel has 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. Animals of any kind are not allowed in motel. There will be no exceptions due to possible allergies of other guests. The rest of the park is small pet friendly. 

The All Seasons Campground is located in the beautiful town of Ninilchik, Alaska and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground including the charter fishing at Cook Inlet, clamming, the Kenai Peninsula State Fair and Old Ninilchik Village.
