Augustine, Iliamna, and Redoubt– three of the volcanoes visible from this property. The spectacular view from the bluff overlooks the waters of Cook Inlet across to the snow-capped Aleutian Range. The park is ideally located as your “basecamp” for adventure on the Kenai Peninsula, with Homer 20 minutes south and Kenai River 1 hour north. Stay out of the crowded city parks and spend your evening in a peaceful park with majestic views and local access to the beach. We are right in the middle of amazing scenery, abundant wildlife, and fantastic fishing.

Park Rules

PARK RULES

• Check-in/Check-Out Times; Check-In: Cabins-3pm, RV & Tent-1pm; check-Out: all sites 11am; early check-in or late check-out is available with prior approval for an additional fee of $10 per hour.

• Speed Limit: This is a family friendly park; children love to run and play so please observe our 5mph speed limit.

• Quiet Time; observed from 11pm to 7am

• Laundry/Showers: there is a token machine inside the laundry building for your convenience. Tokens are also available in the office.

• Toilets; ONLY YOUR BODYILY WASTE AND THE TOILET PAPER PROVIDED can go down our septic.

• Smoking: All buildings are non-smoking. Smoking in any building will result in a $200 charge.

• Pets: Only service pets are allowed into any building. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pet policy violations will be charged $100. Pets are your privilege and must always be on a leash. Cleaning up after them is your obligation. No pets to be left outside unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. No pets allowed outside overnight.

• Trash: Please keep your site tidy and dispose of trash in the cans provided throughout the park. No littering or cigarette butts on the ground. Fire pits are NOT trash cans. If trash is found in your fire pit, you will be charged a $50 fee. Clean out your fire pit prior to checking out.

• Grills & Open Fires; We have a limited supply of charcoal grills for guests use. They must be rented in the office for $5 per day. Campfires are permitted in approved fire pits only. Fire pits are NOT trash cans.

• Generators; Are not allowed.

• All sites (cabins’ RV’s and Tents): There is one vehicle allowed. Additional vehicles, trailers and or boats, etc. Are charged $5 per day.

• Cabins: please do not remove towels to take to the beach. Items in the cabins are to remain in the cabins if you feel you cannot live without and or brake one of our items, you will be charged accordingly. There will be a $25 replacement fee for all lost keys. Rates are for 2 people, $10 per person thereafter. 12 yrs. and under are free.

• RV’s: No dumping of wastewater on the park ground must be fully connected to dump waste. Rates are for 4 people, $3 per person thereafter. 12 yrs. and under are free.

• Tents: Tents and equipment must be in good repair. No sleeping quarters can be made of tarps. Rates are for 4 people, $3 per person thereafter. 12 yrs. and under are free.

Whiskey Point LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any guests or their property. Management reserves the right to add or change these rules as circumstances may require. Instructions from the park host must be followed if the guest wishes to continue the use of the facilities. No refunds given for accommodations forfeited for disorderly conduct. No refunds given after check-in.

RESERVATION POLICY

Your reservation is confirmed with the payment of 50% of the total booking. Exception of Holiday weekends are to be paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable for cancellation.

If there is any need to change a booking, contact us immediately, as we cannot guarantee changes to your confirmed booking can be made.

Payment of the full balance must be made by check-in.

If you need to cancel your booking, please give at least 14 days prior notice to booking date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, please give 14 days’ notice prior to arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days’ notice are subject to penalty of the first night’s stay. Less than 7 days’ notice no refunds. No refunds on Holiday weekends. No refunds on early departures. No charge for reservation changes, subject to availability.
