All guests are required to register and check in at the front office prior to their reserved site number. A driver’s license must be readily available and up to date upon arrival. All guests will need to provide a copy of their driver’s license and will be subjected to a background check. Guest will be permitted ONE (1) RV and up to TWO (2) vehicles per assigned site, depending on sizes of vehicles. All vehicles must be parked off the street in the designated spots located near the sites and may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours. Lake Ray Hubbard does not store vehicles/RVs. Every RV owner is responsible for orderly maintenance of their own site and is required to be kept clean at all times.
Unless specified otherwise in writing by Lake Ray Hubbard, the nightly and monthly site rental is due in the full amount upon arrival. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. If we get a returned check from a guest then all future payments will be required in the form of cashier’s check or money order.
All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and running order. Lake Ray Hubbard only allows recreational vehicles that are 2008 models or newer. Vehicles that exceed this date must be approved and up to date pictures must be provided to management prior to arrival. No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition (i.e. flat tires, badly dented, broken or cracked windows, or in need of paint) will be allowed to remain on premises. All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment. A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. Guests are not allowed to wash campers or vehicles on these premises. No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises.
Automobiles must always be parked in designated parking areas. All automobiles must be currently registered and in good running condition. Issues including but not limited to flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows or is deemed to be in poor condition (includes exterior and interior) may not be parked on premises. All vehicle repairs, maintenance (i.e. oil changes, lubes, etc.), and washing is prohibited. Operation of vehicles inside the RV Park is limited to licensed adults who must proceed with extreme caution. All posted traffic signs must be obeyed, and the posted speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced. No boats, utility trailers, storage trailers, or auto trailers may be parked on property without approval from Lake Ray Hubbard. All trailers and fifth wheels must be accompanied by a tow vehicle that will remain with the occupant unless there is prior approval from management. Vehicles in violation of these rules will be towed at the owners’ expense.
Wheeled toys, skateboards, hoverboards, roller-skates, remote control toys and drones, including but not limited to cars or similar device are NOT be operated inside the park. Bicycles must be operated with extreme caution. Minors operating bicycles must always be accompanied by an adult ages 21 years or older with the proper safety attire worn. Bicycles must not be parked on the street and not intrude on other sites. 4 Wheelers and ATV’s are NOT allowed in the park. Boats are subject to approval and additional costs.
Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise within the park is prohibited at all times. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a. m. No motorcycles, diesel vehicles or other vehicles with louder than normal exhaust may be operated inside the RV park. No generators may be used on premises. All guests should be courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. Loud music is not permitted at any time. RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests and/or visitors while at the park. RV owners, their family members, guests or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other guests will not be allowed to remain on the property. Park guests are responsible for the conduct of their guests. All overnight guests must be registered. The rule is not applicable to noises outside of Lake Ray Hubbard or those that are an inherent part of the surroundings. Loud boisterous or drunken behavior is not accepted on these premises, guest will be notified to leave immediately without a refund.
Only outdoor patio furniture may be stored outside the RV site. All indoor furniture, major appliances, and household and cleaning supplies must be stored in the RV. Storage of such item’s underneath, on top or outside the RV is not permitted. No tarps are allowed. All plants must be potted in proper containers and are subject to management approval of type, size, number, placement, etc. (i.e. not paint buckets or plastic nursey containers). No hot tubs or portable swimming pools are allowed at the site. Outdoor structures and accessories other than awnings designed to be attached to the RV are prohibited including but not limited to sheds, fences, tents, latticework, clotheslines, pools or bedding. Canopies are allowed if tethered down.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times and will be held responsible for their actions. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are solely responsible for the behavior, actions, and safety of their children. Children shall not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other park guests.
Most pets are welcome and need to be maintained on a leash or confined to the RV owner’s site at all times. Aggressive breed dogs are NOT allowed at the park (i.e. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chow, or any dog that is aggressive towards people or other dogs) Two pets will be allowed per RV site. Only one pet will be allowed per RV site. Please do not leave your pet unattended or exposed to the environment and surroundings. All pet waste is to be cleaned up as soon as deposited, including the RV owner’s site. Those caught on camera or in person not picking up after their pets will be fined. The pet owner is solely responsible for any damage done to persons or property by the pet. Only pets that belong to registered RV guests are allowed on property.
All rules regarding the use of these facilities must be observed. Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any facility. Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to property and injury to their person or party arising out of it’s use of the facilities or caused by others while on the premises. Laundry Room: Use of the laundry room is restricted to registered guests. No smoking allowed. Restrooms/Showers: Use of the restroom/showers is restricted to registered guests and their visitors. Personal belongings may not be stored or left behind. All such items left behind will be discarded. No pets allowed. Putting Greens: Use of the putting greens is reserved for registered guests and their visitors. No chipping. No more than three balls on the green at one time. Be sure to be considerate of others using the green. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the restrooms/showers or any other Lake Ray Hubbard building.
Fire safety is of the utmost importance. Campfires are restricted to designated areas and may only be made in those areas. A fire extinguisher must be readily available in the RV. Allowed: LP Gas for BBQ’s, fire pits (contained with screen) or heaters. When not in use, such equipment must be placed back in storage. Prohibited: open flame equipment (not allowed).
Guest must dispose the grease and sanitary napkins in the outside trash and not in their sink or toilets for the safety of the septic system. All posted signs regarding health, safety, ordinance, and law must be observed and are strictly enforced.
All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the park. The RV owner will notify management should it be necessary to call local enforcement. If the sheriff or police come out for any reason, at our discretion, regardless of circumstances or innocence, if you are asked to leave, you must vacate the premises without refund.
No hazardous materials may be used or stored on the site, nor disposed of or spilled inside the park at any time. The possession, sale, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the property is prohibited.
The following are NOT permitted on property: illegal weapons, fireworks, firecrackers, slingshots, bows & arrows, pellet guns, toy guns or anything that could be mistaken as a weapon.

Lake Ray Hubbard is one of the largest lakes in north Texas spanning 22,000 acres. This recreational lake is great for fishing, skiing, relaxing, and recreational boating. There are plenty of nice beaches, hiking and biking trails, and other outdoor activities. Lake Ray Hubbard was impounded in 1968. The lake is located east of Dallas in Collin, Dallas, Rockwall and Kaufman counties, on the East Fork of the Trinity River. Predominant fish species include white and hybrid striped bass, largemouth bass, channel and blue catfish, and white crappie. Hybrid striped bass and blue catfish have become the most abundant sport fish in the lake in the last few years.
The place to be seen is in Historic Downtown Wylie Texas. With the many shops, century-old buildings and Olde City Park, there is something for everybody.
With activities planned on Ballard Ave, you'll have plenty of opportunity to see your friends and neighbors. Families with children can enjoy play time in the park. Children and teens can spend time at any number of the local church's rec activities. Take care of your chores with dozens of service companies here, enjoy some of the best local food around, stay in shape at the local fitness centers, pamper yourself at the salons and shops, or sing along at the famous Wylie Opry. There are many wonderful shops and services in historic Downtown Wylie.
There’s something for everyone in historic downtown Wylie. Historic downtown Wylie is home to vibrant shops, dining, and entertainment and is “the place to be seen” as voted yearly by family, friends, and neighbors. Historic Downtown has been Wylie’s central market and gathering place since 1887.
