Creeks Edge Cottages is a tiny home community designed specifically for your perfect short-term stay! We are located just a mile outside of Stephenville off of county road 258 right along-side Alarm Creek. The community is surrounded by trees on 3 sides which gives it a private secluded ambiance once you are onsite. There are 10 fully furnished cottages on the property with the capacity to sleep from 1 to 6 people. We do rentals from one to 28 days and would love to have you stay with us while you are visiting Erath county!

2 Person Cottage

Our two person cottages are designed for one or two people and have a single queen sized bed. They also include a love seat and 43" TV in the living area, 32" TV in the bedroom, eat in kitchen with bar, microwave, minifridge, a coffee bar, and free WiFi.

Our Six Person cottages are fully furnished and are perfect for 2-6 People. The cottage has an open floor plan, kitchenette, living and dining area, and two sleeping lofts with queen sized beds. Additionally, the 6 person cottage has a full size sleeper sofa for two more guest. These cottages are perfect for a family with children.

*Check-in is 4 p.m. *Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. *The key is your responsibility and will be your only way in/out during your stay. Lost key fee-$10 *No smoking or vapes inside the cottages *Please clean up any smoking trash outdoors *No unregistered guests *No gatherings, parties or events *No Pets *Park only in spots marked for your cabin- 2 vehicle max per cottage- Do Not Park in the Grass Do Not Park in the Road If your vehicle does not fit in the parking spot allotted for your cabin, there is additional parking in front of the gym. *We are on a septic system, Do not flush feminine products *Please let us know if anything is damaged/stained in or outside cottage. *Please respect other guests privacy and do not walk around other cabins.
