Cancellation Policy

100% refund until 45 days prior to check-in, less any Non-Refundable Third Party Fees.

50% refund 30 days prior, less any Non-Refundable Third Party Fees.

Less than 30 days prior to the reservation is no longer refundable.

A $25 Cancellation Fee is applied to all cancellations for any reason.

Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.

Late check-ins must notify by calling ahead of time. Once arrived you may proceed directly to your site. If you have any questions regarding your stay please text (239) 822-5881. Text Only Please, as voicemails may not be answered in a timely manner.
Campground Directions

Directions: From I-75, Exit # 128, head West on Alico Road Approx. 3 miles to US 41 (Tamiami Trail) South. Turn Left on US 41 and head South for 3 miles.  Turn Right onto Santa Maria Drive and head West 0.5 miles to Calusa Cove RV Park, avoid turning into Shady Acres - stay on Santa Maria till it ends. 

GPS- Enter - 4700 San Michel Drive.
