We Collect all monies due for reservation at time reservation is made.
Cancellations must be done 48 hours before arrival.

FEES FOR CANCELLATION: Outside of 48 hrs you will be charged $10.00,
cancellations made under 48 Hours of arrival time will be charged a
one night stay fee. All refunds will be sent by company check.
