You'll just about melt in the serenity of the Lordsburg KOA located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Located halfway between El Paso and Tucson, this park is perfect as a base camp for visiting nearby ghost towns, the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, White Sands national Monument and Rockhound State Park. It's also secluded, surrounded by the scenic views of the Pyramid Mountains and big sky sunsets, so be prepared for plenty of space and fresh air.   

Located in the beautiful Coronado National Forest is the White Rock Campground, only a short distance from Pena Blana Lake in the shadow of a rocky cliff that gives the area its name. Campers can look forward to fishing, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking, as well as plenty of space for hiking, biking and picnicking. ATV tours are allowed at this park, which is excellent because the park is known for its peaks and slopes. Travelers can also look forward to local landmarks like the Chiricahua National Monument, Saguaro National Park and the Tumacacori National Historic Park. Among these parks and the Grand Canyon, campers can enjoy some of the southwest's most iconic scenes and geological formations, as well as the excellent river rafting, climbing, hiking and mountain biking that accompanies these sites. There's also historical treasures nearby including the Cases Grande Ruins National Monument Fort Bowie National Historic Site and the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. For even more Arizona fun, the Kartchner Caverns and San Pedro National Riparian Conservatory Area are also relatively close by.

The Gilbert Ray Campground is located in the beautiful city of Tucson, Arizona and is a great place for a fun, yet relaxing southwestern vacation. Campers can look forward to a number of excellent local attractions such as the Arizona/Sonoran Desert Museum, Pima Air and Space Museum, San Xavier del Bac, Arizona History Museum and the Museum of Art. There isn't much surrounding the park, so be sure to pack all that you need, as well as boots and a bike to day hike and bike your way across those iconic desert plains. The Bog Springs Campground is located in the Coronado National Forest, and is well-known for being nestled in a pristine natural environment surrounded by gorgeous trees and a diverse landscape. Many visit the Santa Rita Mountains for hiking and climbing, and mountain bikers can definitely look forward to a challenge with this peak! Visitors can also look forward to world-class birding and wildlife viewing, as well as excellent spots for picnicking and relaxing.
