We are West Virginia´s newest and most modern RV Park. Rock House RV Park is where the fun begins. Conveniently located next door to the Hatfield-McCoy Trails Rock House trailhead, we are affordable, open year round, and we cater to the ATV crowd. The Park is 1 mile from the Rock House Trail Head. We currently have 12 RV sites available with potable water pressure, regulated hook up, PSD sewage hookup, and 50/30/20 AMP electrical hook ups. We are also surrounded by other outdoor related activities that are fun for the whole family. The Park provides all the conveniences of modern outdoor camping and RVing.

Relax and enjoy the bucolic surroundings at this quaint campground nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Unwind at a fire pit while listening to  to the soothing lull of the South River! Whether you are seeking an outdoor adventure or wanting to explore the nearest city, both the Appalachian Trail and the historic City of Lexington are a short drive away.  Remote workers welcome! Fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi access points that cover the entire campground.  Fire pit and picnic table located at each campsite.

Fancy Gap Cabins and Campground is open for the 2022 season from April 1 to November 1. We are the perfect place to relax, unplug and refresh with family and friends while you explore the iconic Blue Ridge Parkway. Choose how you stay. We offer:  • 13 (four pull through and nine back in) full hookup RV sites • 6 one-room camping cabins • 5 tent sites with water and electric • 8 motel rooms We are situated on 22 acres of rolling hills and woods with mountain views. There is free Wi-Fi that was upgraded in 2021. The bathhouse has 5 private bathrooms with showers. We are close to the Blue Ridge Music Center, Mabry Mill and all of the beauty, shopping, wineries, hiking, cycling and paddling southwest Virginia has to offer.  Amenities & Activities Campsites include Wi-Fi, picnic tables, fire rings and charcoal grills. Guests and their pets can explore our walking trails and take advantage of hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing in the area. For motorcyclists and bicyclists, FGCC is a perfect stop along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We heve laundry facilities. Active or retired military receive a 10 percent discount as well as groups with five or more reservations. If you book seven nights, pay for six. 

Rippling Waters Church oF God Campground is owned and operated by the Ministries of the Church of God in West Virginia.
