Nestled in the foothills of the NC Mountains, Roaring River Vineyards is reminiscent of a French riverside hillside vineyard. The vineyard is named after the Roaring River which borders the vineyard property for a mile and a half and offers great vistas from all the buildings situated on its riverbank. The RV Campsite at Roaring River Vineyards (RRV) is located in a forested area surrounded by springs and walking trails and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is situated not far from the vineyard’s entrance just beyond a pond. Since we opened our restaurant we’ve had a number of guests asking us if we allowed RVs to park on our vineyard. As a result, we developed the RV Park at Roaring River Vineyards. Located in London, Kentucky, Westgate RV Campground has a lot to offer at a very reasonable price. Come stay at the Westgate RV Campground where we offer Complete Full Hookup RV campsites with both 50 and 30 amps electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi and picnic tables. The sites can accommodate everything from tents and pop-ups to Big Rig "slide out" RVs. For guests' convenience, our restrooms with showers are centrally located. Westgate RV Campground offers outstanding amenities including a large swimming pool, playground area and a lighted outdoor dining shelter with BBQ grill. The location is really nice as there are not only a lot inside the park but a lot of wonderful places in the surrounding area. It doesn’t take long to go out to eat or shop if that is what you desire. Overall, this place offers a nice and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a night or more for a nice price. We welcome pets on a leash. The London KY area offers many local attractions and events, and there are even a couple of nearby flea markets as well. Right next door there is a mini-mart with gas & RV diesel. A variety of restaurants are within a short walk. We are located about halfway between Michigan and Florida. Or we can develop you dump stations at some sights if your interested in a long term site GROUP CAMPSITES   We offer 3 group sites, which will accommodate approximately 15 people each.  These sites may be reserved up to 12 months in advance And require a two night minimum.  Hike-in Sites We are now offering a few hike-in sites where you can even bring your own ATV or side-by-side to access these sites.  These sites are remote Leave No Trace pack in pack out style Tent camping sites, which are located about a 1/2 mile hike/utv style trail that rises up approximately 500’ feet in elevation Into peace and solitude situated high up above the main campground which consists of 32 acres of Pristine mountain land backing to the Cherokee National Forest. Lodging  The clubhouse Construction is nearing completion and should be available in Novemb   weekly to monthly rental now . It can be utilized  as a bunkhouse or as a hotel style studio suite.  It is located  next to the bathhouse and it has its own full private bathroom and kitchenette.  It can sleep 3 comfortably on cots or we can set up a queen sized inflatable raised bed and a cot.  Its nicely situated tucked hidden back in the woods just steps off the Laurel Creek and Trail,   $95.00 Per Night (2 Night Minimum, includes 3 guests)  Additional guests $10.00 per night, per guest  Additional $25.00 cleaning fee for pets.  $510.00 Per Week $800 monthly   Policies & Disclaimer Parks Campground Wi-Fi Disclaimer   The Park offers Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. Guest access: From the moment you enter the camp and go across the massive bridge that gthat takes you over  over laurel creek you will begin to feel the beauty and power of this property, that lies along a section of an old rail road bed directly off Tn hwy 91 ~2 miles South of the Virginia tn border. The campground is located adjacent to the new Laurel Creek Trail which is a federally funded rail trail conversion project that cost over $350,000 so far and is a park like setting from the campground to the Virginia state line and is Destined to be extended directly into Damascus in the near future and will connect up with the famous Creeper trail! To access the trail from the 5th wheel head to the north end of the property, follow the gravel road up towards the bathhouse area you will see a trail that drops back down onto the old railroad Bed and then go about 50’ and your on the new trail. We are the only private property with direct access to this trail, if you go about 1/2 mile down the trail from here is a section of the legendary Boone Trail aka FS Butt Mountain trail which has been really improved upon recently and it goes all the way up to the Iron Range Trail which you can then hike directly into Damascus or all the way over to the infamous Backbone Rock even, this trail was The old Appalachian Trail Route before they made the new route the next Ridge west of here, but this area offers a much more peaceful hiking experience and is really amazing given the mild climate we get here with abundant wildlife  this place is awesome! Other things to note about hike-in sites:  There are two different areas that we offer hike-in sites here, as there are two massive ridges that rise up directly in back of the lower campground, the north ridge requires a very difficult hike with no gear delivery availabile yet and is only available upon special requests for now.  The South Ridges #11 campsite while you will feel totally remote offers views Of the valley below and of Highway 91, where you’ll be able to see and hear the motorcycles and logging trucks rumble through, which really makes for a spectacle.You May want to consider renting machines through a local outfit in Mountain city who can deliver For a very reasonable prices And ride the trails at Doe Mountain off road park one day too.   Leave No Trace sites-  Plan ahead and be prepare; Travel and camp on durable surfaces ; Dispose of waste properly; Leave what you find; Minimize campfire impact; Respect wildlife. Be curdious of other campers. Cutting, chopping or damage of any kind to trees and plants, large or small, is strictly forbidden. No removal of plants, trees or rocks. Digging is not allowed. Do not dismantle the rock fire rings. Do not pour out candle wax. Stay on marked trails. Pick up your trash and dispose of it  properly in The large trash receptacle in front of the garage which is put outside dailey . FINES FOR VIOLATIONS WILL BE IMPOSED.

Come join us with your tiny house on 10 acres of beautiful mountain views on the Cherokee National Forest. We are a year-round, full time living, community with a salt water pool, onsite laundry facility and a catch and release fish pond. We also offer shower and bath facilities along with primitive camping, so if your company can’t fit in your tiny house, they can come visit anyway! Tell them to pack a tent! We also welcome artists and performers for community entertainment at the pavilion. We are 5 minutes from one of the most desirable waterfalls in the Greenville area, Margarette Falls. We are 15 minutes from Tusculum college, shopping, groceries and restaurants in Greenville, TN. We are also 45 minutes from Johnson City and one hour from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area. Sherry has owned Old Mountain Campground since 2008, which she built with her late husband. She lives on site and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a feeling of security to residences. Her newest vision is to see a tiny house community on the property. Sites are available with private atmosphere for tiny houses. All spots provide water and septic and electricity is paid by tiny house dweller. Four 30 amp sites are available currently with more to come. So bring a neighbor or two with you! 50 amp sites can be discussed upon request. Sites are $325 a month and electric is .15 per KWH.
