Fremont River RV Park is located with easy access directly adjacent to Highway 24 in Loa, Utah. We are located between Fishlake Resort/Fishlake National Forest and Capitol Reef National Park. We are in the middle of the most diverse beautiful scenery in the world. We are a small newer RV Park with 18 Full hookup sites, each site has 20/30/50 amp power available power water and WiFi. We also have 6 additional sites that are used for both RV and/or Tent/Van sites that has 20/30/50 amp power, water and WiFI. We have very nice clean showers and restrooms as well as a very nice laundry facility. Our sites are gravel and very level. We are within walking distance of grocery stores and diners. Gas, Propane, RV supplies, and Auto Repair facilities are within a city block from RV Park and easily accessible.  

Come on in! This is the perfect camping spot to use as home base while visiting the scenic wonders of Southern Utah. Tucked away under majestic pink cliffs , Bryce Zion campground is equal distance between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park visitor centers. Stay 4 nights and visit Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon North Rim, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Hike all day and come back and cool off in our swimming pool. Too tired to cook? grab a yummy burger or sandwich at Cooter's Bistro Cafe. Relax, take a hike, sit out by the campfire or be amazed at the brilliant night sky. We hope to see you soon!

Our story begins with a little old lady, our grandma, who believed with all her heart we were worth it. After her passing, we dedicated Ethel's Hideout in memory of her. On this land we have built an RV park comfortably tucked away to provide a quiet stay away from the crowds. With 5 spaces supporting 30/50 amp water and power sites, one will never feel crowded. Given our convenient location, we border agriculture, state and public lands, providing an authentic western experience. Though tucked away to give the illusion of seclusion, we are located only 7 miles from downtown Kanab, Utah. Kanab offers many fun, exciting events and adventures throughout the year such as national parks, Zions, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Lake Powell to name a few. Bring your horses and reserve stalls for them as well! Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

We are offering 3 premium spaces on a 1/2 acre, with plenty of room to set up your RV, and park your vehicle, and toys. We have a picnic table at each space and a group fire pit near the road. The sites are primitive, with no hookups, but they provide stunning lake and mountain views, ideal for a serene escape. Campers can park just steps from a private sandy beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or building sandcastles. The beach offers rentals for kayaks and paddleboards, making it easy to enjoy water sports on Yuba Reservoir’s warm waters. Each site includes a large fire pit (fires allowed), and the open layout suits groups or families, with one site accommodating up to five vehicles for larger gatherings. Toilets and showers are available, but bring your own drinking water, as none is provided on-site. The campground’s secluded vibe, with minimal neighboring properties, offers tranquility, yet it’s only 2 miles off I-15 (Exit 202, then east on Old Yuba Dam Road and left on Old Botham Road; use coordinates 39.407914, -112.013000 for the entrance gate). Expect soft sand and open beach camping with designated sites. Four-wheel drive is recommended due to deep sand in some areas.
