Our story begins with a little old lady, our grandma, who believed with all her heart we were worth it. After her passing, we dedicated Ethel's Hideout in memory of her. On this land we have built an RV park comfortably tucked away to provide a quiet stay away from the crowds. With 5 spaces supporting 30/50 amp water and power sites, one will never feel crowded. Given our convenient location, we border agriculture, state and public lands, providing an authentic western experience. Though tucked away to give the illusion of seclusion, we are located only 7 miles from downtown Kanab, Utah. Kanab offers many fun, exciting events and adventures throughout the year such as national parks, Zions, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Lake Powell to name a few. Bring your horses and reserve stalls for them as well! Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

We are offering 3 premium spaces on a 1/2 acre, with plenty of room to set up your RV, and park your vehicle, and toys. We have a picnic table at each space and a group fire pit near the road. Welcome to Cedar City! Just a couple of hours north of Las Vegas in a beautiful oasis called Cedar City. This is home to Southern Utah University, and close to a number of scenic national parks, including Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park. This charming RV park offers visitors a great home base for exploring the area and participating in year-round recreational activities such as golf, skiing, biking and site seeing. In the summer, mountain bikers flock to the Brian Head Peak Activity Center, for challenging runs and spectacular scenery. Also called the “Festival City,” Cedar City plays host to a number of prestigious film, theater and art festivals throughout the year (the summer Shakespearean Festival is one of the more well-known fetes), making anytime a great time to visit.

Expect soft sand and open beach camping with designated sites. Four-wheel drive is recommended due to deep sand in some areas. Pets are welcome (off-leash friendly), and the open range is great for activities like kite flying or drone use. Star-gazing, breathtaking sunrises, and sunsets enhance the experience. Firewood is available to purchase onsite, kayak and paddleboards are available to rent onsite. We offer bathhouse/restroom facilities.
