Welcome to Sunset Acres long-term RV park conveniently located close to interstate 27 and loop 335. Our park offers a serene and peaceful setting for you to relax and unwind. With spacious RV sites and breathtaking views of the sunset, you'll feel right at home in our little piece of paradise. Electricity, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and trash service included in monthly rate. Shower stalls, bathroom, and laundry facilities coming soon. We are also just 16 miles from The Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The Palo Duro RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Canyon and is a great place for a quiet and relaxing Texas vacation. Campers can enjoy a number of excellent attractions just beyond the campground including the Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Panhandle-Plains Historic Museum, Palo Duro Riding Stables and the Lighthouse Trail for excellent hiking and scenic viewing. Other great attractions and activities include: the Palo Duro Zipline Adventures, Elkins Ranch, Jeep tours, the Pioneer Amphitheater and Tex Randall. For the nature-enthusiast, the Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge is a definite win, as is the Goodnight Memorial Trail. We offer pull thru sites, big rig access, water, sewerage,30/50 amp sites. Amenities include WI-FI, restrooms, showers, weight room and clubhouse .  You can now make reservations for your stay by simply visiting our website.  The park is continually being improved to serve our guest better. Our park is friendly, clean, and affordable! We have free wi-fi internet access, free cable, pull-thrus and back-ins, full 50 and 30 amp hook ups, and tent sites. We also have a sauna, covered pavilion with a grill, clean & hot showers, and storm shelters. A 2000 square foot recreational room with full kitchen is also available for club use. Our lounge has a pool table, comfy furniture and a television. We offer 24 hour registration, and 24 hour access to our on-site laundromat and showers. We are right off I-40 and very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. Discounts for Good Sam members, Military, and AAA members. 

Roaring Springs Ranch Club is located in the beautiful town of Roaring Springs, Texas and is a great spot for an easy-going southern escape. Campers can look forward to a breathtaking natural terrain with plenty of fresh air and clear skies for sunset viewing and stargazing. There's also a number of onsite activities to enjoy, such as golfing, swimming, fishing and boating. Plus, there's also opportunities for ATV/motorcycle touring. For the urban adventurer, there's great local bars and craft eateries for visitors and locals alike to enjoy! Campers flock there each year to enjoy local sites like the Cadillac Ranch Public Art Installation, the exhibits at the Don Harrington Discovery Center, the Texas Air and Space Museum, Panhandle Plains Historical Museum and the American Quarter-Horse Hall of Fame. For the outdoor-enthusiast, travelers can expect the gorgeous sights at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens and the western species at the Amarillo Zoo. Wildcat Bluff nature Park and the Ellwood Park are also excellent spots and there's a number of other places for exploring and bike-riding, as well as a water park and car exhibits.
