Welcome to Cozy Acre!  Just a little piece of heaven tucked away among the trees.  You'll love the peace and quiet you will experience far away from the sounds of the big city. But don't worry if you need groceries or medical care the nearest city is just 15 minutes east (Springtown) or 30 minutes Southwest (Weatherford). We are pleased to provide water and metered electric and space enough for one car.  We do have additional parking elsewhere on-site if needed. We are an adult only park with no overnight visitors under the age of 18 without permission from management. Welcome to Cozy Acre!    

GTL Paris RV Park is located in the quaint Texas town of Paris, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern escape. Campers can look forward to a number of attractions just beyond the campground, including the Eiffel Tower, the Samuel Bell Maxey House filled with history and art, Valley of the Caddo Museum and Cultural Center and the Lamar County Historical Museum. And of course, visitors can take advantage of the beautiful Texas landscape, sunset viewing and stargazing, and a number of excellent local eateries to enjoy. Amazing recreational getaway with 1.5 miles of clean sandy beaches on the Brazos River. Great fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating, water sports and just about anything else outdoors. This remote Texas resort sits on 100 acres of quiet scenic countryside with lots of room to spread out, enjoy nature and get close to wildlife. All of our campsites are huge riverfront sites and are about 100' wide by 200' deep. Firewood, ice, kayaks, paddle boards and generators are available at low prices. Great tasting water from a deep well, clean restrooms and camper dump station are located on premises. We are pet friendly providing your pet is friendly. For tent camping, we are open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights of each week, starting from March 2, 2023, through November 19, 2023. Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Off site, however, campers can look forward to a number of local attractions including Munster Mansion, Mainstay Farm and the Scarborough Renaissance Festival. The Fort Worth Water Garden, Zoo and Botanical Gardens are also get spots as is Beaumont Ranch and the local Japanese Garden. Bishops Art District is a stellar spot for culture and livelihood, and is especially known for being home to a thriving culinary environment. For nature-lovers, there's not shortage of outdoor scenic locations around the park, but three camper favorites are the Cedar Ridge Preserve, Bowman Springs Park and Elmer W. Oliver Nature Park. Turner Falls Park is a campground located on I-35 & Highway 77 in Davis, OK. The site includes laundry facilities. The campground is open all year.
