Pine Ridge is a Small House (Mobile Homes & Cabins) and RV Community nestled conveniently along Interstate 20 in Longview Tx. But don’t worry, just because we’re close to the interstate, we are surrounded by beautiful tress on all sides and it’s an incredibly peaceful community and environment. Pine Ridge provides a small community atmosphere, with a majority of our residents having resided here for many, many years. There are a total of 38 lots so we’re not too big, but not too small either. We are located at 1060 I-20 West Access Rd, Longview, Tx 75603. We are also going through some major capital improvements, including the improvement of lots, a new park and picnic area. We also have excellent lighting, are in the process of further upgrading our Laundry room and working on an upcoming nature trail walk with our adjoining acreage that will be peaceful and great for an exercise as well. Please take note that we do not have WiFi provided in the park but if you are planning to become a long term resident, we might be able to help you get one. We also provide and finance mobile homes and small/tiny homes for our residents and can do the same for you if you would like to consider calling the Pine Ridge Community your home. Please take note that we do not have a physical office at the park so you might have to check-in to the lot assigned to you yourself.  Lake Fork Ranch Resort is located in the beautiful town of Emory, Texas. It is a great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the noise and traffic of the city. Onsite, travelers can expect great bass and crappie fishing. Sunset viewing and stargazing are also very popular at the ranch due to the natural darkness. The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. Amenities at the park include: a lighted pavilion with electricity and picnic tables, a play area for the kids, a game room with pool table, WI-FI, boat ramp, boat dock, fishing pier with cleaning stations, a newly remodeled laundry area, and bathrooms with showers. Located off I-20 near Tyler, Texas, Stillwater RV Resort is set to become a major destination for RV campers from all across the country. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!

Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.
