Carved out of the east Texas tall pine is our park, shaded under 80’ to 90’ tall pines, backed up to a large pond with camping sites and gorgeous pasture views on the east side is our park. We have really nice restrooms (men and women) and do have laundry on site. Also we have one large cabin that is available to rent for larger groups and can sleep up to 8 (comes with upper level loft). Just outside of the cabin/laundry is a nice shaded sitting area. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

The Terrell RV Park is located in the beautiful, easy-going Texas town of Terrell and is a great spot for a fun and relaxing southern escape. Campers can look forward to plenty of wide open spaces for nature walks, bike rides, sunset viewing and stargazing. Travelers can also expect great fun at the nearby Canton 1st Monday Trade Days and The Tanger Outlet Mall or old-fashioned sight seeing. Mineola Civic Center & RV Park is a privately owned non-profit corporation. It is located in the quaint East Texas Main Street town of Mineola, and is a great spot for an authentic southern escape. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground, including the charming city of Mineola, the Mineola Nature Preserve on the Sabine River and nearby Lake Fork Reservoir, the premier trophy largemouth bass lake in Texas.  There's also a number of great antique shops, museums, craft eateries and farms to enjoy! Amenities at the park include: big rig access, electric, water, sewerage, WIFI and 30/50 amp concrete sites, lighted tennis courts, splash park, open air pavilion with picnic tables, showers for RV guests, and picnic areas with bbq grills.
