The Mission Tejas Campground is located in the beautiful town of Grapeland, Texas and is the perfect place for an authentic southern vacation. The Liberty Grove Campground is located at the beautiful Cooper Lake and is a great place for a quiet, relaxing Texas vacation. On the west side of the lake is the Cedar Creek East Loop for excellent scenic viewing and hiking. Biking and horseback riding are also common at this park. On the other side of the campground is the lake, which is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The campground is also perfect for picnicking, and many head out to various flat spots at dusk to enjoy sunset viewing and stargazing.
