Located 4 miles North of Hwy 290 in Hempstead, Texas, Lost Oaks RV Park offers a quiet country atmosphere, while only minutes from the Houston area, as well as College Station. We offer pull-thru and back-in spaces with daily, weekly or monthly rates. The large "Gathering Place" community building has a coin-operated laundromat, tile showers, restrooms, and large tv's with DirecTV service. The park has been completely renovated, so each space has a level, rocky surface with 30 and 50 amp service, water & sewer connections. 

The Cooks Ferry Campground is located in the beautiful town of Fairfield, Texas and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. Onsite, travelers can expect a breathtaking natural scenery with plenty of space on the water for fishing, canoeing and kayaking, as well as space on land for hiking, biking, OHC riding and horseback riding. For nature enthusiasts, there's a ton of great activities just beyond the campground. Some camper favorites include: the Fairfield Lake State Park, The BigWoods On the Trinity, Fort Parker State Park and the Purtis Creek State Park. There's also the Texas ZipLine Adventures, Texas State Railroad Palestine Depot, Scarborough Renaissance Festival, and a host of excellent local eateries, bars, galleries and museums.
