The beautiful sunset you see is at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, less than 4 miles away. Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity.
