The Four States Fair is a 501c3 non profit organization which continues to strive to accomplish its original charger dating back to 1945. The original purpose set forth in this charter reads: "For scientific and educational encouragement of Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock, Poultry, and Farm Products by maintenance of public fairs and expositions and promote generally the welfare of the same in the state and nation." We continue this charter with programs held during our fair as well as with the Agricultural Learning Center which educates the non-rural public about the importance of agriculture in our every day life. The Four States Fair also strives to provide fun family entertainment for the Four States Area.

The Highway 155 RV Park is located in the beautiful Texas town of Palestine and is a great spot for a fun southern escape. Campers can expect a number of great attractions just beyond the campground such as the Carnegie Library, Museum for East Texas Culture, Howard House museum and the Veteran's Memorial Park. There's also the Davey Dogwood Park for hiking and scenic viewing, the Curious Specialty/Science Museums, Texas State Railroad State Park, Northside Historic District and the Historic Old Town. For the history buff, there's plenty of other historic sites, and there's also a number of green spaces of nature walks and scenic viewing. And of course, visitors can expect great local eateries and bars to enjoy. Amenities at the park include: tent camping, big rig access, pull thrus, water, sewerage, WiFI and 30/50 amp sites. The Texas Trails RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Canton and is a great place for an authentic Texas vacation. Visitors can look forward to a number of excellent nearby attractions such as First Monday Trade Days where visitors and locals alike can enjoy shopping for local crafts and goods, the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial, Twin Lakes Golf Course, Yesterland Farm and The Mountain for gift shopping. There's also ziplining and other aerial adventures to be enjoyed near the campground, as well as great local eateries and antique and artisan shops. Travelers can also expect natural wildlife tours and the Texas Roads Winery and Roadhouse. Toledo Bend Museum is also an excellent stop for nature-lovers, and is known for its fishing, swimming, hiking, golfing, canoeing and kayaking. There's also a number of spots nearby for day trips, so many visitors drive out to places like Gladewater, Marshall and lake Palestine for even more fun. The Mission Tejas Campground is located in the beautiful town of Grapeland, Texas and is the perfect place for an authentic southern vacation. Onsite activities include camping, picnicking, hiking and fishing. A pond located near the picnic area offers an excellent opportunity to explore aquatic life and fish. Hiking and nature trails provide access to the natural beauty of the East Texas Pineywoods. The dogwoods are beautiful the last week or so of March, usually around the 25th. Just beyond the campground, travelers can look forward to a number of local attractions, such as the Mission Tejas State Park, Grapeland Safari and Salmon Lake for excellent fishing, boating, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking. Many also visit for the annual Blue Grass Music Festival, Peanut Festival and a long list of excellent restaurants and small eateries.
