We will offer covered and uncovered sites; some will be concrete while the rest will have rock pads. All sites will be 15 feet wide and range from 30 feet long to a few that are 75 feet long. We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators. Seasonal promotional rates will also be available — follow us on social media for special packages and holiday deals. Located just 3 miles from the heart of Crosby, Texas, our park offers guests a quiet and relaxing place to stop while exploring the North Texas - Houston Metro area. After a busy day of sightseeing, our park is a welcomed sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. Catering to all types of guests, our park is equipped with rental cabins, wide pull thru 30/50 amp sites, and even an area for tenting for those who prefer sleeping under the beautiful Texas sky. Our cabins include free Netflix and high speed internet. You can rent for as long as you want but minimum one month. A small dog is okay but no free roaming is allowed. Our cabins offer a good living room, small kitchen and bathroom and is 14 by 32 feet. They come fully furnished with kitchen which includes a fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer. Free cable and high speed internet is available to visitors. We take special interest and care of our seniors. Our RV sites are 15' wide plus feature a private grass area which is also another 15' wide, allowing for plenty of space for pull out sections. The sites are almost nearly 70' long and can accommodate a large unit plus park at least one vehicle. Another feature of our park is that we are a very small homey park and provide plenty of personal attention to our valued guests.
