Back in August 2025, we were busy clearing the land to create our family-friendly RV retreat.  In December, we will be pouring slabs for our office and museum as well as developing the infrastructure to include roads and RV sites.  We anticipate having sites available to rent by March 2026. We will have sites with modern RV hookups, a little store with bare essentials, and an eclectic museum that stitches together stories and artifacts from Texas and beyond. Amenities will feature a small conference room for business/video needs, a family-friendly gameroom, a laundry facility, and a private rest room with a shower. Initial services will include a self-serve, diverse library suited for all ages, propane distribution/exchange, and a Texas notary public. We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators. Located in Gilchrist, Texas, Hailey's Beach-n-Bay RV Resort is nestled one block from the beach and bay. Located in Bryan, Texas, Galloping Snail RV Park is a very fun park for the family and pets! There is enough space for anyone, if you are traveling, passing through or want a longer camping trip. There are 68 spaces, 20 are pull-thru, 48 back in all with full hookups (20/30/50 amp) and with all the amenities you could need.  We have the 10 year RV rule here.. There are a lot of fun activities to do for everyone to not only get people together, but also to get to enjoy the environment. There is a 2400 sq. ft clubhouse with a full kitchen, workout room, real 45rpm jukebox, darts, skeeball, foosball, airhockey, pooltable, video games, and a bowling lane! There are also two dog parks to help your pets stretch their legs.We do not allow dog kennels / dog runs . For your wellbeing, there is onsite massage therapist and young living oils. The location is great as there are a lot of wonderful things to do inside the park as well as a city close by with great attractions, restaurants and shopping. Splashway is a family water park and campground in Sheridan, Texas. We are located on US Highway 90-A, 20 minutes south of Interstate 10, between San Antonio and Houston, one hour west of Katy and Sugar Land, and a little over an hour and a half south of Austin. Outback Campground and Marina is located on beautiful Lake Livingston in Trinity, Texas. We offer spacious RV sites which include water, sewage, and 30 or 50 amp service. Our free Wi-Fi Internet access covers the entire campground! For the folks who don't own an RV, we offer a variety of other accommodations that can be rented by the day, week or month. Our 2-bedroom (550 sq ft) waterfront cabins are centrally heated and air-conditioned and sleep four persons. A rollaway bed can be provided for an additional person. They feature a full bathroom and a complete kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The front porches are ideal for relaxing and watching the lovely sunrises and sunsets.
