Taking Exit 328 on I35 and a quick hop 1.7 miles East of the interstate on Greig Drive, we are the perfect mid-way point for travelers between Dallas and Austin as well as Snow Birds or Winter Texans as we like to call y'all! We are are a little slice of Texas Heaven with all the amenities of the city just a couple miles away. Are you a fan of HGTV's "Fixer Upper" with Chip and Joanna Gaines? Swing by their store, Magnolia Market at the Silos in Downtown Waco. This must-see tourist attraction is located less than 10 miles from our park along with many other fabulous gems our community has to offer. Come see other local favorites like the Texas Ranger's Hall of Fame, Sports Hall of Fame, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor University or any of the Downtown Waco activities that are always happening! Are you a Baylor University fan? The new McLane Stadium is within 10 minutes of the resort right on I-35. Mill Creek Ranch Resort & Cottages is located in Canton, Texas on 200 acres of peaceful Texas woodlands, 60 miles from Dallas. The town is known for its gorgeous and well-preserved natural environment, so campers can look forward to pristine forestry and clean surroundings. Visitors can also enjoy nearby activities such as basketball, volleyball, hiking, and scenic drives. Visitors can also look forward to a number of excellent nearby attractions such as First Monday Trade Days where visitors and locals alike can enjoy shopping for local crafts and goods, the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial, Twin Lakes Golf Course, Yesterland Farm and The Mountain for gift shopping. Tomball-Rosehill RV Park is located six miles west of Tomball on FM 2920. Easy access to Grand Parkway, 290, and 249 makes it convenient for Tomball, Waller, Magnolia and Houston destinations. The Lake Fork Marina is located in the beautiful town of Alba and is a great place to enjoy an authentic Texas vacation. Onsite, travelers can expect gorgeous views over the water, plenty of fresh air and of course, lots of great fishing to be had! Offsite, there's something for every type of camper in and around Alba, so for the adventure-seeker, there's Splash Kingdom Water Park, Dallas Karting Complex, Texas Zipline Adventures and games at Shenaniganz. For the nature-lover, Cooper Lake State Park is an awesome spot for fishing, boating and canoeing, Clear Spring Scuba Park and the Harry Myers Park. The Lake Conroe RV resort is located in the beautiful town of Conroe and is a great spot for an authentic southern adventure.
