Located on Lake Bob Sandlin in East Texas, The Bluffs RV Park is a luxurious RV Park with a variety of amenities and activities to assure a memorable experience! From fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boards for rent along with three beautiful camp fire pits that include seating and games, there is always something fun to do! This upscale RV park sustains 27 sites from 65 feet with 7 being 80' pull through sites nestled around a professionally designed landscape! Can't wait to see you soon!

A small but spacious 14 site park on 25 acres with 7 pull throughs capable of handling big rigs up to 78 feet long and 7 back-in sites with fire rings. Full hookups with 50/30/20 amp electrical service, fresh city water and sewer hookups. Free WIFI. A walking trail has been created in the rear of the property that goes through dense woods and covers around 15 acres. A doggy park has also been built. Coming very soon, a bathroom with a shower stall!  We also are setting up a small laundromat that will be ready by next week. We also have primitive tent camping sites in the woods at the rear of the property. A very nice time of year to go tent camping! We now have a laundry, toilet and shower facility for your convenience!

Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Mineola Civic Center & RV Park is a privately owned non-profit corporation. It is located in the quaint East Texas Main Street town of Mineola, and is a great spot for an authentic southern escape. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground, including the charming city of Mineola, the Mineola Nature Preserve on the Sabine River and nearby Lake Fork Reservoir, the premier trophy largemouth bass lake in Texas.  There's also a number of great antique shops, museums, craft eateries and farms to enjoy! Amenities at the park include: big rig access, electric, water, sewerage, WIFI and 30/50 amp concrete sites, lighted tennis courts, splash park, open air pavilion with picnic tables, showers for RV guests, and picnic areas with bbq grills. Cypress Valley RV Park is located in the beautiful Texas town of Marshall, and is a great spot for an easy-going southern vacation. Barefoot Gee's Primitive campsites is located near Daingerfield Texas, across the street from Lone-star lake. Disbursed campsites beside a small Artesian creek on 10 acres of East Texas deciduous and pine forest. Our tree farm and wildlife refuge is secluded and abundant with birds and wild life . Peaceful and serene areas for meditation and prayer. Horseshoe pits, volleyball court, Ninja obstacles: outside games. Hammock trees, forest and stream exploration, walking or biking trails “raw”. If you’re not too loud, a probable Wildlife encounter! Smoking and drinking responsibly are allowed. Most campers have cell phone reception. We have electric and water available for an extra fee. You may still hear traffic and homes are within hearing distance but out of sight!. You are a 2 minute walk up to the house.  You will find a private, secure, safe place to camp with kids or friends. Be unafraid to leave your camp for the day. It's a short drive to the lake. I have wild life in abundance with native plants and forest. Birding here is excellent.  We have raw trails for mountain bikes, or walking; child safe . You can have a nice fire.  Public fishing and boat ramp (Lone Star lake) is less than a fourth mile away .This lake is perfect for boating, swimming, kayaking (available for rent) and fishing. Lake o the Pines is just 10 miles away and is suitable for larger boats or sailing craft. I have room for your boat trailer,securely parked in the gated yard.4 miles to town. You can camp here with your horses, we are securely fenced and I have a small corral. County roads good for riding with public land nearby. I have goats that free range the property, they generally come by for a visit and then leave you alone. Unless you wish to interact with them. They can be pinned away from your camp if necessary.
