We are located 4 miles west of Beaumont, TX city limits and 7 miles east of Sour Lake, TX in a rural, quiet setting. There is a 10-20 minute commute to all refineries in Beaumont and we love plant workers! We offer monthly rates that include water, sewer, and trash pickups. At this time, pets are not permitted.
