After many years of experience hosting contract employees working at Formosa Plastics and many other nearby employers, we understand the stresses that come with finding a new home away from home for several weeks or months. Coastal Bay RV Park is a large 40 acre park with extra wide RV spaces capable of handling any size RV. We are located just a few miles outside of Port Lavaca, Texas, a few blocks from the from the waterfront in a small community called Port Alto. We are the perfect RV park for those working away from home and love the peace and quiet of country living. At Coastal Bay, we just don't sweat the small stuff... We want our residents to to feel home and relax around one of our many ponds. We have all the basic amenities, such as, free WiFi, free ice, a large laundry facility, clean showers and restrooms, and a large covered pavilion for just hanging out with friends and family. Now, we are a work in progress since we are a fairly new park, constructed just a couple of years ago. Our plans for 2023-2024 is to complete the construction of covered picnic tables at each RV site, construct six fully covered RV pads, construct a covered outdoor kitchen and bar-b-que area, and launch a full-time on-site food truck.

Bahia Vista is on Copano Bay and has a 300 ft lighted fishing pier with a fish cleaning station. Full hookups, swimming pool, recreation room and a game room, lots and lots of beautiful trees and picnic tables at each site. Brand new washer and dryers in our laundry room and our bathrooms are always clean, security lights throughout. We have the friendliest people in all of South Texas. Come on in, You'll love it here!! We now have furnished cabins for rent. FREE WI-FI at each site.

The Southern Star RV Park is located in the beautiful city of Van Horn, Texas. It is a perfect destination for you to recharge yourself after a long road trip and is close to a number of well-known attractions. The public reception has been positive due to the hospitable staff and satisfying services provided at this park. Activities & Amenities: Visitors from all over the state are given basic amenities including 41 Full Hookup Sites for RVs, Patios, big-rig sites, 30 & 50 amps, over 41 sites with WIFI, laundry facilities, restrooms, showers with a pet-friendly environment. Campers can also take privilege of tent camping in the park, alongside other activities in Horseshoe, Rec hall and outdoor sports for recreational purposes. Brackenridge Park and Campground is located on 240 acres overlooking Lake Texana. Onsite, travelers can look forward to activities on the water such as boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and swimming. There's also a basketball court and a trails for hiking, mini golf, horseback riding and biking. Just beyond the campground, campers can look forward to a number of excellent attractions such as the Brackenridge Park & Campground, The Texas Zoo, Texana Park & Campground and the Splashway Water Park.
