This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. We are ideally situated within a few blocks to the Harbor, Fishing, Restaurants, and Parks. Palacios offers year-round recreational options along with a rich history and exploration opportunities along the Tres Palacios Bay. 47 Spacious Sites (10 back-in and 37 pull-thrus) are situated on 9 completely fenced and gated acres for your security. All sites are 40 ft. wide by 62 ft. long with full hook-ups capable of 30 and 50 amp electrical. We are pet friendly, but please check park rules for limitations. Open year-round, Yanawana Camp is a 2.4 acre RV Park consisting of 4 back-in sites with full hook-ups (20-30-50 amp, water and sewer). Currently, NO restrooms, showers, laundry are available. The Oasis RV Park provides small town living within close proximity to larger cities. We were established in 2014 and have become an important part of this community. Under new ownership and management in 2024, the park has already seen a lot of positive changes and improvements.
