The park offers 50 RV spots that include water, sewer, electricity and trash disposal. Fully-outfitted cabin rentals with satellite TV, a microwave, a coffee maker and mini-fridge are also available. This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living. We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Picnic areas, grills & firepits also available.  Come for the day or come to stay we would love to have you!

Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity. Rockin' K RV part and Horse Motel is a beautiful RV park with gravel parking spot/sites and 11 foot wide grass area between each RV hook up.  With Wifi, water, septic, and 30/50 hook up electric included it is an incredible deal! Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.
