We have almost unlimited primitive tent camping, as well as a number of tent sites with water and electric service.  Other amenities include a well-appointed unisex restroom and shower facility, picnic areas, fire bowls, RV dump station and a clubhouse to name a few. We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

Barefoot Bay Marina and RV Resort is a family friendly waterfront resort located at the FM 1520 bridge on the south shore of Lake Bob Sandlin, a 9,400 acre lake. The property is just 4 miles west of Pittsburg, Texas. The RV resort enjoys a natural shoreline setting surrounded by beautiful trees deep in the heart of the piney woods.  Lake Bob Sandlin is very unique for Texas in that it is connected to Cypress Springs Lake and Lake Monticello by earth dams. The marina sits in Barefoot and is the only marina on the lake and the only dockside gas available on the lake.
