Western Pines RV Park is an established park community welcoming full time and nightly renters. With a whole new team of owners and management, our goal is to improve the quality our park and the community we are a part of. We are striving to improve all the current facilities and working towards expanding the entire park in the near future. Guests may take advantage of our 30/50 amp service sites along with WiFi and a dump station. Given our convenient location, we are just a short drive from shopping centers, quaint shops, wineries and great food. Close to SFASU and the brick streets of downtown. A spacious gathering place in east Texas, just opened with more amenities on their way with only 14 sites. We are located 8.5 miles south of l-20 Marshall/Jefferson exit 617 on HWY 59 South, 2 miles north of the Sabine river.  

We are located just 2 miles from Interstate 20, with a State Park and convenience store located across the street. They sell sandwiches, fishing items, firewood, gasoline, propane, and more. Please note that the lake and picnic table pictures belong to the state park. If the state park is full and we have a vacancy, you can still use a state park pass while staying at Rest-A-Spell rv park and enjoy the state park amenities. We are just 285 ft from Tyler State Park entrance.

Located in New Caney, Texas, Peace Of Country RV Park features full 20/30/50 amp electrical, water, wireless internet and sewer hookup sites. Our spacious lots are from 30x50 to 30x70, accommodating our guests RVs comfortably. Visitors have access to onsite air conditioned laundry, restroom and shower facilities along with free WiFi.  Given our convenient location, guest are able to explore what East Montgomery has to offer including the Eagle Stadium, Valley Ranch and Grand Texas. The city of Houston is just minutes away, waiting to provide rich diversity in foods, entertainment and more. Back in August 2025, we were busy clearing the land to create our family-friendly RV retreat.  In December, we will be pouring slabs for our office and museum as well as developing the infrastructure to include roads and RV sites.  We anticipate having sites available to rent by during the Summer 2026, check back here and on Facebook regularly for updates.We will have sites with modern RV hookups, a little store with bare essentials, and an eclectic museum that stitches together stories and artifacts from Texas and beyond. Amenities will feature a small conference room for business/video needs, a family-friendly gameroom, a laundry facility, and a private rest room with a shower. Initial services will include a self-serve, diverse library suited for all ages, propane distribution/exchange, and a Texas notary public.A retreat map will be posted soon showing the property footprint. We will offer covered and uncovered sites; some will be concrete while the rest will have rock pads.  All sites will be 15 feet wide and range from 30 feet long to a few that are 75 feet long.  We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators.
