Back in August 2025, we were busy clearing the land to create our family-friendly RV retreat.  In December, we will be pouring slabs for our office and museum as well as developing the infrastructure to include roads and RV sites.  We anticipate having sites available to rent by March 2026. We will have sites with modern RV hookups, a little store with bare essentials, and an eclectic museum that stitches together stories and artifacts from Texas and beyond. Amenities will feature a small conference room for business/video needs, a family-friendly gameroom, a laundry facility, and a private rest room with a shower. Initial services will include a self-serve, diverse library suited for all ages, propane distribution/exchange, and a Texas notary public. We will offer discounts for active duty and veteran military personnel, senior citizens, first responders, and educators. Located just 3 miles from the heart of Crosby, Texas, our park offers guests a quiet and relaxing place to stop while exploring the North Texas - Houston Metro area. After a busy day of sightseeing, our park is a welcomed sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. Catering to all types of guests, our park is equipped with rental cabins, wide pull thru 30/50 amp sites, and even an area for tenting for those who prefer sleeping under the beautiful Texas sky. Our cabins include free Netflix and high speed internet. You can rent for as long as you want but minimum one month. A small dog is okay but no free roaming is allowed. Our cabins offer a good living room, small kitchen and bathroom and is 14 by 32 feet. They come fully furnished with kitchen which includes a fridge, microwave, stove and dish washer. Free cable and high speed internet is available to visitors. We take special interest and care of our seniors. Our RV sites are 15' wide plus feature a private grass area which is also another 15' wide, allowing for plenty of space for pull out sections. The sites are almost nearly 70' long and can accommodate a large unit plus park at least one vehicle. Another feature of our park is that we are a very small homey park and provide plenty of personal attention to our valued guests. Located in Bryan, Texas, Galloping Snail RV Park is a very fun park for the family and pets! There is enough space for anyone, if you are traveling, passing through or want a longer camping trip. There are 68 spaces, 20 are pull-thru, 48 back in all with full hookups (20/30/50 amp) and with all the amenities you could need.  We have the 10 year RV rule here.. There are a lot of fun activities to do for everyone to not only get people together, but also to get to enjoy the environment. There is a 2400 sq. ft clubhouse with a full kitchen, workout room, real 45rpm jukebox, darts, skeeball, foosball, airhockey, pooltable, video games, and a bowling lane! There are also two dog parks to help your pets stretch their legs.We do not allow dog kennels / dog runs . For your wellbeing, there is onsite massage therapist and young living oils. The location is great as there are a lot of wonderful things to do inside the park as well as a city close by with great attractions, restaurants and shopping. Coastal Bay RV Park is a large 40 acre park with extra wide RV spaces capable of handling any size RV. We are located just a few miles outside of Port Lavaca, Texas, a few blocks from the from the waterfront in a small community called Port Alto. We are the perfect RV park for those working away from home and love the peace and quiet of country living. At Coastal Bay, we just don't sweat the small stuff... We want our residents to to feel home and relax around one of our many ponds. We have all the basic amenities, such as, free WiFi, free ice, a large laundry facility, clean showers and restrooms, and a large covered pavilion for just hanging out with friends and family. Now, we are a work in progress since we are a fairly new park, constructed just a couple of years ago. Our plans for 2023-2024 is to complete the construction of covered picnic tables at each RV site, construct six fully covered RV pads, construct a covered outdoor kitchen and bar-b-que area, and launch a full-time on-site food truck.

The Lighthouse RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Bay City and is a great place for a fun yet easy-going Texas vacation. Campers can look forward to nearby attractions like the Matagorda County Museum, Le Tulle Park and the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail for excellent bird watching, hiking, and scenic viewing.
