Campers can look forward to a number of attractions just beyond the campground, including the Eiffel Tower, the Samuel Bell Maxey House filled with history and art, Valley of the Caddo Museum and Cultural Center and the Lamar County Historical Museum. And of course, visitors can take advantage of the beautiful Texas landscape, sunset viewing and stargazing, and a number of excellent local eateries to enjoy. Enjoy our beautiful pine-filled RV Resort with 6 Luxury Cabins, a large pond, swimming pool, private bathrooms, laundry, exercise room, dog parks, game room, and more. Each site is equipped with fire ring with grill, concrete patio & picnic table, level concrete pad site and paved roads throughout. Coffee Creek Landing is an RV Park located on the North East tip of Lake Fork in East Texas.   We offer 19 lakeside or lake-view RV sites. Our park has a Bait Shop with tackle, live bait, ice, drinks, and snacks for your convenience. We do have a concrete boat ramp and a fishing pier that is right on the creek channel. Great fishing of Bass, Catfish, and Crappie, so don't forget your boat. Lots of green space for gathering and a community fire-pit.   We are a recreational facility and do not offer FULL TIME LIVING. However, we do offer extended stays for transitional purposes; ie: working, building, or moving to our area.

Mineola Civic Center & RV Park is a privately owned non-profit corporation. It is located in the quaint East Texas Main Street town of Mineola, and is a great spot for an authentic southern escape. Campers can look forward to a number of great attractions just beyond the campground, including the charming city of Mineola, the Mineola Nature Preserve on the Sabine River and nearby Lake Fork Reservoir, the premier trophy largemouth bass lake in Texas.  There's also a number of great antique shops, museums, craft eateries and farms to enjoy! Amenities at the park include: big rig access, electric, water, sewerage, WIFI and 30/50 amp concrete sites, lighted tennis courts, splash park, open air pavilion with picnic tables, showers for RV guests, and picnic areas with bbq grills.
