This is a gated park on Lake Whitney. It is right down the street from the marina and boat launch for a convenient getaway or lake life living. We have 56 sites all with 50/30 amps, water and sewer connections. We also have a great community room with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table. There is a laundry room and shower rooms. We also have a bunk house for rent. If you need extra storage while staying with us we also have storage buildings for rent along with boat and trailer parking. Picnic areas, grills & firepits also available.  Come for the day or come to stay we would love to have you!

We are not fancy and don’t have some of the amenities that the big parks have, but if you want to enjoy your time here, you will. If you want a place to stay where you can view the Texas stars that shine so bright, this is the place!  From here it is only 8.8 miles and 13 minutes to the Magnolia Silos and downtown Waco; 7.3 miles and 8 minutes to McLane Stadium; and 7.9 miles and 10 minutes from Baylor University campus. The beautiful sunset you see is at Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, less than 4 miles away. Our guests enjoy a large, beautiful covered Pavilion for individual relaxation or socializing with family and friends. The Pavilion is the perfect place for dinner or just forgetting the cares of the day. Our on-site laundry is available to our guests 24/7. Our standard rates are: $37 daily; $230 weekly (7 nights); and $400 plus electricity (and refundable electricity deposit) The daily and weekly rates include electricity. You have your own site right on Lake Lewisville in Little Elm Tx.  Enjoy the painted sunsets.  Site offers complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards. Fishing and boating are encouraged. Take hwy 380 to Paloma creek blvd. Go North on Paloma creek blvd to Doe Branch Road. Note... Paloma creek blvd's name changes to Gammom Rd where it intersects with Doe branch Rd. Turn Right on Doe Branch Road. Address is 2440 Doe Branch Road. Drive to the end of Doe Branch road. 2440 is located right side of the culdedsac. There is outdoor lighting on the fence perimeter. Pull into the wrought iron gate. Go to the far Right side of the property. Camp site is on the Far Right side of the two story building with the red door.
