Deer Springs is a privately owned, pet friendly, RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. We are a small RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for “self-contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site.   While we strive to provide a memorable camping experience for everyone, our park is designed with a focus on the more mature visitor.  As such, all guests and visitors must be 18 or older.   Sites 1-8 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, at least 1 picnic table, at least one fire ring, private gazebo equipped with prep counter, sink with running water, refrigerator with ice maker, and ceiling fan with light.   You may bring your own firewood or purchase it here at the park.   Wilderness Loop Sites 11-14 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, picnic table and fire ring.  Awesome long range views of the surrounding mountains! Large Bark Park!  

Located in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, Top of the World RV features back-in, pull-in, pull through & Group sites. Each site is equipped with 50/30/20 amp hookups, sewer, water, picnic tables, & fire pits w/grill. Enjoy our Cornhole boards with your group or share with the neighboring campers. Guests also have access to laundry facilities, ice, & firewood for a small fee.  This is the perfect location for your Tennessee mountain getaway that comes with breathtaking views while enjoying a peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay. Go straight through the light and up the hill, follow the signs for US 23N/ US 74E * Stay on US 23N/ US 74E * Go approximately 8.5 miles (Just past Mile Marker 93) * Look for Green Balsam Highway sign on the right. * Take the next right on to Candlestick Lane * Take the first Right only 322 ft. on to Old Balsam Depot Road at the Moonshine Creek Bill Board * Go up a hill, over the RR Tracks, pass the Post Office on the Left, Follow the RR tracks .3 miles * AT THE FORK IN THE ROAD STAY TO THE RIGHT! * Cross the RR tracks a 2nd time on to Old Balsam Depot Road * The Balsam Mountain Inn will be on your Left * Stay on this Road 1.5 miles it will turn into Dark Ridge Road, the Campground will be on the left.
