Deer Springs is a privately owned, pet friendly, RV park located in the Smoky Mountains, 13 miles West of Franklin, NC. We are a small RV park with a focus on providing large sites in a comfortable and unique setting. Our park has been designed for “self-contained RV’s”, and as such, there is no separate bath house on site.   While we strive to provide a memorable camping experience for everyone, our park is designed with a focus on the more mature visitor.  As such, all guests and visitors must be 18 or older.   Sites 1-8 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, at least 1 picnic table, at least one fire ring, private gazebo equipped with prep counter, sink with running water, refrigerator with ice maker, and ceiling fan with light.   You may bring your own firewood or purchase it here at the park.   Wilderness Loop Sites 11-14 have: 30/50 Amp Service, Sewer hookups, picnic table and fire ring.  Awesome long range views of the surrounding mountains! Large Bark Park!
