Come join us with your tiny house on 10 acres of beautiful mountain views on the Cherokee National Forest. We are a year-round, full time living, community with a salt water pool, onsite laundry facility and a catch and release fish pond. We also offer shower and bath facilities along with primitive camping, so if your company can’t fit in your tiny house, they can come visit anyway! Tell them to pack a tent! We also welcome artists and performers for community entertainment at the pavilion. We are 5 minutes from one of the most desirable waterfalls in the Greenville area, Margarette Falls. We are 15 minutes from Tusculum college, shopping, groceries and restaurants in Greenville, TN. We are also 45 minutes from Johnson City and one hour from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge area. Sherry has owned Old Mountain Campground since 2008, which she built with her late husband. She lives on site and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as a feeling of security to residences. Her newest vision is to see a tiny house community on the property. Sites are available with private atmosphere for tiny houses. All spots provide water and septic and electricity is paid by tiny house dweller. Four 30 amp sites are available currently with more to come. So bring a neighbor or two with you! 50 amp sites can be discussed upon request. Sites are $325 a month and electric is .15 per KWH.
