We offer an RV park in addition to standard accommodations for rent, a newly graded and paved boat landing and docks, and a spacious new laundry facility and bath house. For added convenience, there is a general store on site which sells gas, ice, tackle, *Hersheys hand-dipped ice cream, *Hunts Brothers Pizza and Wings, snacks, charcoal, RV accessories, and an array of other necessities. Free WiFi is also provided. We are down a county maintained dirt road in Screven County, Georgia within close proximity to the Tuckahoe Wildlife Management Area and the Savannah River. We offer 4 cabins of various sizes all with full kitchens, bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for 2-8 people,  plus 2 RVs for rent. We also have 13 full hook up RV sites that are shady, spacious, and big rig friendly as well as a tenting area with access to a bathhouse.

22 large. pull thru, full hookup, sites with designated 30/50amp power service. Each site is 85+ feet long and 16-33 feet wide. The entire campground is on a level grass plane that is free of trees and brush! This helps ensure your camper remains free of leaves, limbs, and our local pine tree sap! Our primary drive way is covered with crushed crete (construction cement) which provides a solid and dependable access road. We have coin operated Speed Queen washer/dryer combination in our laundry room and a dog washing station located just outside.Pets up to 40lbs are welcome and they love playing in our dog park.Our main focus is catering to a supplemental workforce that helps increase the value of our local economy. We accomplish this by providing a place where comfort and relaxation is readily available.Our park provides unlimited wifi for your entertainment and remote work requirements.

Our RV Park, farm/forest is well positioned on a high crest, off Scenic Drive resting on greenschist, exuding lovely vibes and high energy. The one you had before you made a right-hand run-up Stagecoach Road properties @Terra Firma.  These lands were settled by  Pioneers of Wiregrass Georgia, first settled in 1820's, near the Little Satilla River Basin. We are descended from pre-Colonial and Revolutionary War lineage, Edmund Chancey, a descendant of Charles Chancy,  arriving as a colonist, a person of quality approved by King Charles I.  John T. Smith, Jr., in 2017 plotted a strategy to reclaim this land from kudzu, wild grapevines, rattlesnakes, coyotes, fire ants, and other encroaching snakes-in-the-grass.  Come and enjoy our 55 year old Loblolly forests and our 100 year old pecan orchards.

Our gated resort is next to a cove at Lake Marion (one of the Santee-Cooper Lakes), and directly borders 400 acres of pristine wildlife preserves. The Santee-Cooper Lakes are a top fishing and hunting destinations in the state. The Santee National Wildlife Refuge and Pine Island Unit National Wildlife Refuge are both just a few miles away.You will find world-class fishing here, including striped bass, white perch, white bass, crappie, channel catfish, Arkansas blue catfish, shellcrackers, bream and chain pickerel (jack).The state fishing record for largemouth bass was set here at Lake Marion.
